Frequently Asked Questions

Where will the training be held?

It will be held in-person, onsite in downtown Seattle, Washington, USA. The location will be shared with registered attendees.

Is there an option for remote attendees?

Unfortunately, at this time this is only an in-person workshop. Future workshops will be held online, so sign up to our newsletter to be notified.

What about refunds?

You may cancel for a full refund up to 14 days before the workshop. Unfortunately, cancellations received 13 or fewer days before the event cannot be refunded. Instead, you may transfer your registration to another person, or in the case of sickness, travel, or other issues, you may apply the credit to a future course or other services within 90 days of the event.

What about lunch and refreshments?

A boxed lunch will be provided, as well as coffee and light refreshments in both morning and afternoon. Attendees will be able to order a meal according to their preference, and we will try to meet any dietary restrictions.

Is any technical or existing knowledge of generative AI required?

No! This workshop provides any business leader with the core information they need about generative AI and how to incorporate it into their business strategy.

Are there any pre-requisites?

Yes. Attendees must bring a laptop and power cord, with WIFI capability, that can connect to the internet and OpenAI’s servers. In addition, Attendees need to purchase a ChatGPT Premium subscription to gain access to that tool.
